A disco dance session every Friday afternoon between 2 pm and 4 pm offering exercise, fun and companionship. The session takes place at Rangers pub located between the High Street entrance to Morrisons and O’Neilll’s Irish pub at SM1 1DJ. The cost is £3 and this includes an instructor and free tea or coffee on arrival.
